Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) Form 13
Completed and signed by the celebrant at least one calendar month, and no more than 18 months prior, to your wedding.
Under Australian law, to authenticate your Notice of Intended Marriage, you are required to provide evidence of date and place of birth AND evidence to establish the identity of the parties to the marriage which may include……
- An original Birth Certificate
- A current Passport
- Any Divorce or Annulment Papers (if you have been previously married)
- A Death Certificate (if your previous marriage ended accordingly)
Declarations Form 14
Signed and witnessed prior to the ceremony declaring your legitimacy to be married under Australian Law and lodged with the office of Births Deaths & Marriages within 14 days of the ceremony.
‘Happily Ever Before and After’ brochure Form 14a
Relationship support brochure provided to both parties while completing the NOIM. You are required to understand the relationship you are both about to enter which is outlined in this statutory brochure.
Certificate of Marriage Form 15
Lodged with the office of Births Deaths & Marriages within 14 days of ceremony.
